Loop Visibility is a small company run by David Ryan. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or book a call with us, and what we do with it. It's written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
When you visit the site: nothing that identifies you. We don't run analytics or advertising pixels on this site today. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and performance, under its own privacy policy.
When you book a call: booking happens on Cal.com. You give Cal.com your name, email address, phone number if you choose to, and anything you type into the booking form. Cal.com shares that with us so we can hold the call, and keeps a copy under its own privacy policy.
When you become a client: we collect what we need to do the work, such as your firm's Google Business Profile details and the keywords we're tracking. That's covered by our agreement with your firm, not this page.
What we do with it
We use your contact details to hold the call you booked, follow up about it, and, if you ask us to, start a trial or an audit. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with anyone except the services named here that we need to run the business, and we don't add you to a marketing list because you booked a call.
If you book a free trial, we'll text or email you about that trial. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying or by emailing us, and we will.
Who else sees it
- Cal.com handles scheduling and stores your booking.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps server logs.
- Google provides the Google Maps and Business Profile data we work with. Our work is not endorsed, verified or guaranteed by Google.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emaildave@davidryanweb.com and we'll handle it within a few business days. You can cancel a booking from the Cal.com confirmation you received.
Changes
If we add analytics, a form, or any other way of collecting information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
